Sisterhood Retreat
At the end of each year, we hold a Sisterhood Retreat to come together and enjoy quality time with our sisters. The retreats are usually held outside of Cedar City and give us an opportunity to get away from the daily stress and demands of work and school. With a weekend full of sisterhood-building activities and bonding, it is one of our favorite events of the year!
Unities
Unities are weekly sisterhood activities that help us maintain strong bonds and friendships.
Big Sis / Little Sis Program
All new members are given a Big Sister once they join Alpha Phi. Their Big Sis is their mentor, confidant, academic resource, and personal supporter in Alpha Phi. Big & Little are matched up based on similarities like personality, interests and hobbies, academic major, etc. After a couple of weeks into the New Member Program, a Big Sis Reveal is held for everyone to find out who their Big Sis is. All of the New Members wait with anticipation and everyone gets excited for the reveal!
Legacies
A legacy is any granddaughter, daughter, stepdaughter, sister or stepsister of an initiated Alpha Phi member. Legacies have the unique experience of feeling a strong connection to Alpha Phi through their family members.
